TERMS OF SERVICE

By issuing an order to the artist, the client accepts the following guidelines:I reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who does not adhere to the following text.

I will draw but not limited to…
Dinosaurs, dragons, monsters, anthropomorphic characters: furries/scalies, sci-fi, fantasy creatures, aliens, mile gore, etc. alike.I will NOT draw, but not limited to…
machines/robots, political themes, existing designs that the client lacks legal copyrights to, illegal content, excessive violence (self harm, suicide, etc.), hate speech or crimes, and religious.I will deny if…
Reference is AI generated, reference lacks information (i.e. missing colors, indistinguishable or vague pictures), or if design is too complex.

ADDITIONAL INFO

My prices will vary depending on the number of characters in the commission, props, composition, detail, and additional requests.Please keep in mind my style, what you will receive will be based on the style of the examples given above! That means if your character is cartoony, I will draw it in my semi-realistic style.All payments can be received through paypal, kofi, and cashapp.I do all payments with an upfront deposit. The customer will pay for a sketch, and if they are satisfied with the sketch, I will request payment before finishing the piece. I will not send progress checks or the finished piece until all payments are completed.Progress checks will be frequent and thorough. If the client does not acknowledge my messages within a timeframe of 24 hours, I will assume you aren’t interested and will not finish the commission until further notice. I will allow three revisions to the final art piece. Any extra revisions will come with additional charges. I do NOT issue refunds after I have begun the drawing.I am a college student so please don’t expect a final product the same day! My personal life and mental health come first. I will communicate any delays and will issue a full refund if I am unable to finish the art piece.Completed drawings may be sent via email or discord as a .png or .jpg file per client’s request.

The client agrees to allow the artist to use the work for promotional purposes.You CANNOT use my work for AI generated content.The client may not alter the artwork without permission from the artist.
